Psihoterapia pacientului oncologic

Misiunea mea este aceea de a ajuta persoanele care se confrunta cu boli grave, pentru acest lucru ma voi folosi atat de experienta mea de pacient , dar si de expertiza mea profesionala .
De ce este atat de important ca pacientul diagnosticat cu cancer sa primeasca suportul conjugat al medicului, asistentilor medicali,al psihologului si al familiei?
Pentru ca boala oncologica produce tulburari atat la nivel corporal dar si la nivel cognitiv, emotional si comportamental.Teama, furia, depresia sunt reactii normale la boala dar atunci cand nivelul acestora creste semnificativ creste suferinta fiind afectate implicit relatiile interpersonale.
Studii stiintifice atesta rolul protectiv al relatiilor suportive fata de influientele negative ale stresului asociat bolii si ca elementul esential este reprezentat de posiblitatea impartasirii fara rezerve a sentimentelor. Boala slăbeşte raţiunea, voinţa şi bolnavul este în mod evident dependent de medic şi familie,interventia psihologica este cea care va ajuta pacientul sa isi regaseasca resursele pentru a-si recastiga din autonomie.
Centrul de reducere a stresului isi propune sa dezvolte servicii menite sa creasca speranta de viata si calitatea vietii astfel sa raspundem nevoii unui numar cat mai mare de pacienti care au nevoie de suport si indrumare in lupta lor cu boala.
Serviciul a fost gandit pentru a-i ajuta pe acesti pacienti de a face faţă stresului emoţional cauzat de diagnostic şi pentru a invata cat mai multe despre cancer , pentru a afla ce optiuni terapeutice şi de recuperare au.

Au fost efectuate studii care arata ca speranța de viață a pacientilor diagnosticati cu cancer care iau parte la de intalniri de grup specializate, se dubleaza fata de a acelora care nu participa.
Obiectivul terapiei este acela ca pacientul sa-si insuseasca tehnici prin care sa-si recunoasca si sa-si gestioneze emotiile, gandurile disfunctionale si de a invata cum sa faca fata mai bine durerilor precum si cresterea capacitatii de rezolvare a problemelor.
Oferim servicii de terapie individuala , de terapie de grup si online pentru pacientii ce nu se pot deplasa la centrul nostru.
In terapia de grup ne vom baza interventia pe :
- Psihoeducatie : implementarea schimbarilor necesare in alimentatia si stilului de viata
- Tehnici de recunoastere si gestionare a emotiilor
- Tehnici de relaxare si mindfulness
- Tehnici de gestionarea durerilor a inlocuirii perceptiei constantei durerii cu variabilitatea ei precum si inlocuirea perceptiei permanentei durerii cu perceperea temporalitatii ei.
- Antrenamentul sistemului imunitar ce consta in stimularea parametrilor imunitari prin relaxare si imagerie(Tehnica Simonton)
Metoda Simonton nu este o procedura alernativa ci o interventie psihologica care potenteaza efectul chimioterapiei si radioterapiei prin intarirea sistemului imunitar.
Rata de supravietuire a pacientilor tratati cu aceasta metoda in Clinica Simonton a fost de doua ori mai mare decat a pacientilor internati in cele mai apreciate servicii de Oncologie din Statele Unite.
Urmeaza cu noi un program de reducere a stresului de opt saptamani bazat pe respiratie constienta si mindfulness, o intalnire pe saptamana de 90 minute.
